Leap.

No glass ceilings, just new heights.

A small-group leadership accelerator program for
women looking to make their next career Leap.

Leap; noun

A "leap" is the collective term for a group of leopards. It is used to describe their grace, and speed & agility, especially as they move through trees while making their next move...

Why Leap?

Leap is for women on the edge of what’s next; the restless, the burned out, the ambitious, the uncertain.

You might not know exactly where you’re going yet, but you know you can't stay here.

We know that feeling intimately because we’ve been there.

We created Leap because we were once sitting exactly where you are: working in respected jobs, checking all the boxes, doing “the right things”... and still feeling stuck, under-inspired, wanting more.

We spent years second-guessing, settling, staying too long, and trying to make broken systems work for us. Until we finally did the unthinkable: we left the golden handcuffs, trusted the whisper, and built careers that actually fit.

Leap is what we wish we had back then: a shortcut through the swirl. Something to help you skip the suffering, the wasted years, the missed promotions, the energy drain, the quiet questioning of, “Is this all there is?”

Learning to leap means choosing to lead your life with intention, not reaction. It’s the shift from surviving: scarcity, fear, staying quiet, stuck in the "what ifs"...to thriving: abundance, clarity, taking up space, saying “what if I actually go for it!?”

This is career transformation from the inside out. Not just a new resume. Not just a promotion. But a complete reimagining of how you lead, what you want, and how you walk through the world.

Leap exists to unstick you.  To help you take up more space, ask for more, rest deeper, speak louder, and finally move toward the thing that’s been tugging at you for too long.

And when you join Leap, you're not doing this alone.

You’ll be surrounded by a crew of whip-smart, big-hearted, go-getter women who are also ready to leap into their next chapter, whatever that looks like. Promotion. Pivot. Sabbatical. Starting their own thing. It's all welcome here!

Because the world doesn’t need more women who are polished and playing small, it needs more women lit up and activated around what they’re here to build!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

KYLA GRAVES

Admissions Ambassador Program,  Dartmouth College

Julia and Lindsey are exactly the kind of people you want in your career corner. Their approach is deeply human-centered. Grounded in a genuine belief in each person’s potential and refreshingly real. I was blown away by their insights, the way they made meaningful connections with ease, and how comfortable they made me feel in both one-on-one and group settings.

In just a few short weeks, their program and guidance helped me explore career paths and make connections I never would have seen on my own. Their laser-focused process, centered on what lights you up, your life goals, and your ideal career path, helped me dream big and take practical steps forward.

KARA WHITAKER

Head of Strategic Partnerships and Expansion, Entromy

Before Leap, I was doing what I always do: pushing forward, getting things done (the work horse), showing up for everyone, and chasing the next step. I’ve known what I wanted to be when "I grow up", but I hadn’t really stopped to think about whether I was letting old patterns run the show.

The over-achiever, people-pleaser, who says yes to everything just to feel valuable... that was me on autopilot. Leap helped me hit pause and take a real look at where those habits were helping me, and where they've been holding me back.

I didn’t need to change everything; I needed to remember who I actually am and stop measuring my worth by how much I can produce, manage, change for other people. I had the conviction, but I walked away with more clarity and confidence than I expected.

VERONICA WILSON

Co-Executive Director at Teach.org

Before Leap I had some idea of where I wanted my life and career to go next, but I didn’t have the building blocks or the confidence to meaningfully articulate what I wanted and why.

Now I know myself better as a person, an employee and a leader. I have much more confidence to know and say what I want and why. I also have a strong support system in Lindsey, Julia and my fellow founding Leapers!
